Katherine is a graduate of St. Benedict and received her dental assistant's training at Concorde Career Academy in Memphis. She has been Dr. Salomon's right hand for 6 years.

She rides 4-wheelers and is married to Chuck, who recently opened his own motorcycle repair shop, Leo's, in the original Leo's site on Summer. She now is busy being mom to 3 year old Gracie.
