Facility

We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Location & Appointments

Dr. Salomon's office is conveniently located in East Memphis, one block west of I-240 and Poplar Avenue in the Executive Square Building. Our building is on the corner of Yates and Poplar which is the 1st traffic light on Poplar west of I-240. We are across the street from Memorial Park Cemetary.

We have a large parking lot in the rear of the building. Coming through the breezeway into the courtyard, we are the first door to the right, Suite 121.

Our office hours:

Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 Noon

Closed weekends

We see our patients by appointment only and pride ourselves on being "on time" 95% of the time. We value your time, and hope you value ours with the courtesy of being on time. Please come early for your first appointment so we can get your information and allow for our unbelievable Poplar Avenue traffic.

CANCELLATIONS: If you must cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we may give your time to another patient.

First Appointment Deposit Policy:

Credit card $50 booking fee is required to hold appointment.  Booking fee applied toward total cost at time of service.

Cancellations with full deposit refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. A loss of your deposit/booking fee will occur for any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time or no shows, unless we can find another patient to take your time.

Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. Extended payment terms are available by Care Credit.
